What to include when you write to us
- Your height, and the height of anyone else who will use the desk.
- Your current desk height, measured from the floor to the top surface.
- What you put on the desk: monitor count, monitor arm, printer.
- Your floor type, so we can send the right castors.
- Whether anything currently hurts, and where.
Response times
Emails on a working day are normally answered the same day and always within one working day. If you need an answer before you order, call instead of writing.
Trade and office fit outs
Above ten pieces we quote trade pricing and can hold delivery until your site is ready. Send a rough list and a target date and we will come back with a price and a lead time.
Castor swaps
Hard castors mark hard floors. Tell us before you order and we swap them for soft rollers free of charge before the chair ships.
