Where we ship
We ship to all 50 states from our warehouse in Salem, Oregon. We do not currently ship outside the United States.
Cost
- Free on orders over $150.
- $9.95 flat rate on orders under $150, however many items are in the cart.
- No surcharge for a residential address, a walk up or a rural route.
How long it takes
- Most orders leave the warehouse in 1 to 2 working days.
- West coast addresses usually arrive 2 to 4 days after dispatch, east coast 5 to 7 days.
- You get a tracking number by email as soon as the boxes are collected.
What happens on the day
Everything ships flat by standard carrier, so nobody needs to be home. Boxes are left at your door unless you leave a delivery note asking for something else. Larger desks arrive as two or three boxes which may not all land on the same day, so wait for the full set before you start building.
Assembly times
Every product page states its own time. Roughly:
- Nothing to do: footrest, laptop riser, standing desk converter.
- 5 minutes: cable tray, monitor riser.
- 20 to 45 minutes: all chairs, and the drawer unit.
- 30 to 60 minutes: the fixed desks and the 47 in sit stand desks.
- 70 to 90 minutes: L shaped desk, executive desk, 55 in sit stand desk. Much easier with two people.
Instructions name each part rather than using symbols, and every bag of fixings is numbered to match a step.
Missing or damaged parts
Email us the part number from the instruction sheet and we post a replacement free, for the life of the piece rather than just the warranty period. You do not need a receipt and you do not need to send anything back.
Check the assembled size
The boxes will fit through your door even when the built desk would not. Measure your room against the assembled dimensions on the product page before ordering, particularly for the L shaped and 63 in executive desks.
Floor type and castors
Chairs ship with hard castors as standard, which suit carpet. On hardwood, tile or laminate ask for soft rollers before you order and we swap them free.
