Orders and prices
- All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies.
- An order is accepted when we send you a confirmation, not when you submit it.
- We may correct pricing errors and cancel an affected order with a full refund.
- We may decline an order where the delivery address is outside the United States.
Product descriptions and the sizing tool
Dimensions are the assembled size, given to the nearest half inch. The height calculator on our home page is a general starting point based on standard proportions, not a medical or ergonomic assessment. If you have a diagnosed back, neck or joint condition, get advice from a professional who can see you rather than relying on a number from a web page.
Weight ratings
Every chair and desk has a stated rating. Using a piece above its rating voids the warranty and can make a gas lift or a motor fail without warning. Do not stand or sit on a desk top. Fit the supplied anti tip fixings where they are provided.
Delivery and assembly
Delivery dates are estimates and we will tell you if a route is delayed. All items ship flat and most require assembly. You are responsible for checking the assembled dimensions against your room before ordering, and for assembling the piece following the instructions supplied. Electrical items
Electric sit stand desks are supplied for 120 V domestic and light commercial use. Do not connect them through an unrated extension lead, and keep the control box away from liquid. Damage from either is not covered.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout through the payment methods shown on the store. Orders are confirmed once payment clears.

Your account
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity that happens under your account.
Liability
We are responsible for supplying furniture that matches its description and is free from manufacturing fault. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of business or the cost of alternative furniture, arising from a delayed delivery. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
